CHEF FILIPPO
Born and raised in Italy, Chef Filippo has commenced his career in cooking at the age of 18 in the city of Parma.
Filippo further developed his culinary skills and he has an extensive knowledge in DOP products especially cold cuts and cheese.
With a determined mind to chase his dream all the way to Asia, Filippo has moved to Hong Kong 13 years ago with the vision of offering the most authentic Italian cuisine to Hong Kong diners.
Situated in the heart of Soho Central, Filo is perfect place for a few drinks after work or dinner with family and friends.
